FAQs
HOW LONG AND FOR WHOM IS THE EARLY BIRD CARD VALID? The Early Bird Card is normally valid one calendar year (1. January – 31. December) and is not automatically renewed to the expiration date. Your Early Bird Card is non-transferable. Please show your Card at the reception when you come in or pay the Day Ticket beforehand. Always bring your ID or Passport together with your Card, because the Cards will be regularly checked.
AT WHICH TIME AM I ABLE TO PLAY The Early Bird Card entitles you to use our courts from Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. and at the weekend 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. (not on public holidays) indoor in winter and outdoor in summer (if possible).
CAN I RESERVE MY OWN COURT? Court reservations are not possible with the Early Bird Card. What should I do if all the courts are occupied? Our suggestion: be fair and sporty! Ask one of the teams playing for a match or you can draw lots.
This way everyone is able to play and no one has the Court all the time. If you need a Court for longer, you can book it regularly from 3 p.m. and from 11 a.m. at the weekend.
CAN I ALSO COME WITHOUT A TEAM? Your friends can't make it? No problem, with our Early Bird Card you can also show up alone. If you do: don't be shy, just ask other teams if you can join in. You can also check out our beach38° Early Bird Card Facebook Group, where people often ask for people available, or you can ask yourself.
Is THERE A POSSIBILITY OF TRAINING?
Our partner "BeachZeit" shows you supervised how to play high professional. You can book your personal training every Thursday, for a fee of 10 Euros directly given to the coach, during the early bird times and find more information here. |
